You and your grandkids can visit a variety of animals including chickens, cows, goats, horses, sheep, deer, rabbits and colorful peacocks at the Fritz Park Petting Farm. For more than 30 years Fritz Park Petting Farm has been the place to experience farm life and farm animals. The petting farm provides an idyllic setting where the whole family can enjoy the friendly animals.

The Sci-Tech Discovery Center in Frisco opens The MakerSpace exhibit, presented by Raytheon. This interactive exhibit will allow tinkerers, inventors, hobbyists and budding engineers of all ages access to programs, technology and tools to test, prototype, demonstrate and build almost anything they can imagine!

You and your grandkids will be able to immerse yourselves in the everyday lives of dinosaurs through fascinating and fun video simulations, artifacts and hands-on activities. Be The Dinosaur is an innovative fusion of state-of-the-art video game technology and traditional exhibits, featuring full-size dinosaur bones, a paleontology field station and don’t forget to sign up to make your very own Dinosaur T-Shirt.
